What this site sets

NEXT_LOCALE — remembers whether you chose English or Spanish, so the site does not switch back on you. It holds only a language code and is strictly necessary for the site to work as you asked.

nestor_utm — stores the campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium and so on) of the link you arrived through, for 90 days. It lets us tell which advert or newsletter led to an enquiry, and is attached to your message only if you send us one.

nestor_attr — stores where your first visit came from: the search engine, social network or site that referred you, any advertising click ID in the link, and the first page you landed on. Also 90 days, also attached only to an enquiry you actually send.

None of these carry a name, an email address or an advertising identifier, and none are shared with advertising networks. We rely on them under our legitimate interest in knowing which of our own marketing brings enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which under Article 22 LSSI-CE does not require prior consent. You can object at any time by writing to info@nestor-pm.com, and blocking them costs you nothing.

What this site does not set

There are no analytics cookies, no advertising or retargeting cookies, and no social media trackers. We do not embed third-party widgets that set cookies — the Google reviews shown on the site are rendered as plain text, not through an external widget.

If we add analytics later, we will prefer a cookieless method. Should that not be possible, this page will be updated and a consent banner added before any such cookie is set.

Controlling cookies

Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies, usually under Settings, Privacy. Blocking the ones above is harmless: the site forgets your language choice between visits, and we lose the ability to tell which campaign brought you here.
