What this site sets

NEXT_LOCALE — remembers which language you chose, so the site does not switch back on you. It holds only a language code and is strictly necessary for the site to work as you asked.

nestor_consent — remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, for 12 months, so the banner does not ask again on every page. It holds only that choice and is strictly necessary.

nestor_utm — stores the campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium and so on) of the link you arrived through, for 90 days. It lets us tell which advert or newsletter led to an enquiry, and is attached to your message only if you send us one.

nestor_attr — stores where your first visit came from: the search engine, social network or site that referred you, any advertising click ID in the link, and the first page you landed on. Also 90 days, also attached only to an enquiry you actually send.

None of these four carry a name, an email address or an advertising identifier, and none are shared with advertising networks. We rely on them under our legitimate interest in knowing which of our own marketing brings enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which under Article 22 LSSI-CE does not require prior consent. You can object at any time by writing to nestor@globexs.com, and blocking them costs you nothing.

Analytics cookies, only with your consent

_ga — distinguishes one browser from another, so that visits can be counted. Stored for up to 2 years.

_ga_GE9WB7LVTY — keeps track of the current visit for our Google Analytics property. Stored for up to 2 years.

Purpose: statistics on how the site is visited — which pages are read, which buttons are used and whether a contact request was sent. We never send your name, email address, phone number or message to Google Analytics. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Both are set only after you choose "Accept all", or switch analytics on under "Customize". The legal basis is your consent (Article 22.2 LSSI-CE and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Until you choose, and if you reject, no analytics cookie is set; Google then receives only cookieless signals without an identifier (Google Consent Mode).

What this site does not set

There are no advertising or retargeting cookies and no social media trackers. We do not embed third-party widgets that set cookies — the Google reviews shown on the site are rendered as plain text, not through an external widget.

Controlling cookies

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of every page; withdrawing it deletes the Google Analytics cookies. Every browser also lets you see, block and delete cookies, usually under Settings, Privacy. Blocking the necessary ones is harmless: the site forgets your language and cookie choice between visits, and we lose the ability to tell which campaign brought you here.
