Both. Roughly half our clients own one flat in Valencia and live abroad; the other half are companies with portfolios of ten to several hundred units. The service level is the same either way — the reporting simply scales.
Valencia only. The whole team is based in the city, which is what makes same-day response possible. We do not take on properties elsewhere in Spain.
Any repair above €300 is quoted and sent to you for approval before work starts. Our team's time on repairs is charged at €35 per hour + VAT. Emergencies that risk further damage — a burst pipe, a failing boiler in winter — are handled immediately and reported straight away.
Yes. Your flat is published on Globexs, the group's platform for expat and corporate rentals, as a featured listing. Globexs screens the tenants and presents them to you, prepares the contract and processes the deposit and the monthly payments.
Nestor works through the Globexs Superior Plan: a one-time start-up fee of €400 + VAT, then 10% of each month's rent while your flat is rented out through Globexs. Finding the tenant, check-in and check-out, help for the tenant during the stay, cleaning between tenants and inventories are included. Repairs and new items for the flat are charged separately.
