Who is responsible

What we collect and why

Through the contact form we collect your first name, last name, email address and message, and optionally your telephone number and company name. You also tell us whether you are a company with an apartment portfolio or an individual owner, which is what lets us route your enquiry to the right person.

We use this to answer your enquiry and, where you ask for one, to prepare a written management proposal. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — together with your consent under Article 6(1)(a) for storing your details, which you give with the checkbox on the form.

Our web server keeps standard technical logs, including IP address, for security and to diagnose faults. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We do not buy contact lists, we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is stored in Rentamos, the customer relationship system used across the Globexs group, which acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Staff at Nestor and, where the enquiry concerns another group service, at the relevant group company can see it.

Our hosting provider processes the data needed to serve the site: […] — to be completed once hosting is confirmed.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. Data is processed within the European Economic Area; if that ever changes, this policy will say so and name the safeguard used.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to two years, so we can recognise you if you come back, and then deleted.

Where an enquiry becomes a contract, the data is kept for the life of the contract and afterwards for the periods Spanish commercial and tax law requires — generally six years.

Server logs are kept for a short period and then rotated.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time, which does not affect processing carried out before.

Write to info@nestor-pm.com. We answer within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your data to someone else.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), at https://www.aepd.es.
